We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your order, and we want to help clarify any questions you may have before placing it. Made-to-Order

Every Sanel piece is made to order. Once you place your order, we begin creating your piece specifically for you.

As each garment is individually handcrafted, production may require additional time. We take the necessary time to carefully create, finish, and inspect every piece to ensure it meets our standards before it leaves our studio.

Please note:

• Every piece is handmade individually and created specifically for your order.
• Production times may vary depending on the design and craftsmanship involved.
• Expedited shipping only affects the delivery time after your piece has been completed and dispatched. It does not shorten the production time.
• Because each piece is made specifically to order and handcrafted individually, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Before dispatch, our team carefully inspects every detail of your order and records detailed photographs and video of the completed piece as part of our quality-check process.

International Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $500USD
• We’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses
• Orders are shipped from Vietnam, India, or the Canada depending on the piece selected

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

• Expedited: 2–6 business days
• Express: 3–8 business days
• Standard / Free Shipping: 4–11 business days

Delivery times are in addition to production time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Delivery may take slightly longer during sale periods, holidays, or to remote locations.

• A local phone number where the courier can reach you.
• An active email address or WhatsApp number so the courier can contact you if required.

Please double-check all delivery details before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to edit or change the delivery details.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact our team before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Because every Sanel piece is carefully inspected and documented by our team before dispatch, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you correctly.
