At SANEL, every piece is thoughtfully created with care, with many designs made-to-order, handcrafted, or produced as limited and unique pieces. As an independent slow-fashion label, we take the time needed to ensure each creation meets our standards before it makes its way to you.

Every SANEL order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please find our estimated processing and delivery times below.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Dresses & Skirts: Allow 7–18 days before shipping.
  • Tops & Bralettes: Allow 7–18 days before shipping.
  • Co-ord Sets: Allow 7–18 days before shipping.
  • Heavily Embellished Pieces: Processing times may vary depending on the craftsmanship and level of handwork involved. An estimated timeline will be communicated with your order.


SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Applicable tariff/customs charges are included in the shipping cost.
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after dispatch( An additional $30 fee will be applied at checkout)

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local regulations, and courier services.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Standard Shipping: Applicable tariff/customs charges are included in the shipping cost, and no additional tariff or customs payment will be required upon delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Applicable customs duties, tariffs, or import charges are not included and, where applicable, will be payable by the customer upon arrival.

Customs regulations differ from country to country. Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.


SHIPPING COST

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Every SANEL order is thoughtfully packaged using biodegradable, plantable packaging. Designed with sustainability in mind, our packaging can be planted after use and nurtured with water and sunlight to grow into a beautiful plant.
