Made-to-Order Policy

Every Sanel piece is made to order. Once an order is placed, we begin creating your piece specifically for you. Each garment is handcrafted individually and made with care, time, and attention to detail.

As every piece is created specifically for each order and is handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind garment, all made-to-order purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or store credit.

Quality Check Before Dispatch

Before your piece is sent to you, our team will conduct a detailed quality check. We will also take clear photographs and a detailed video of your completed order before dispatch.

This allows us to document the condition, craftsmanship, and details of your piece before it leaves our studio.

Issues With Your Order

If you receive your order and believe there is an issue with the craftsmanship, damage, or that your piece does not match the agreed-upon order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
